an English website acting on behalf of the property owners, for your
piece of mind all the properties have been inspected by us and the information
is true to the best of our knowledge.
We try our very best to provide the correct information (including the
availability) as this is updated after every booking made.
Lanzarote Paradise Villas can not assumes responsibility for personal injury, damage
or loss to the property or of personal / material items during your
stay, for this reason we stress that you buy full holiday insurance
to cover you, for illness or injuries or your E1-11 form, and cover
for your personal items and credit cards. This does not mean that you
are left to fend for yourselves while on holiday as once you have booked
we pass this information on to the owners or the property management
and they will take care of your every need while on holiday.
1.
Payment facilities and amounts
A 20% deposit
is required when making the booking and the balance is due 6 weeks prior
to your arrival.
Payment can be made by credit cards, Bank transfer or by Cheque, all
this information will be available to you upon booking.
2.
Cancellations
In the
event of having to make any cancellations the following charges are
applicable:
10% of the deposit is a non refundable charge
45-60 days prior to arrival the 20% deposit is forfeited
21-45 days prior to arrival 50%
0 -21 days prior to arrival 100%
The owners are paid in advance therefore these charge’s are applicable.
3.
Complaints
Every effort is made to ensure your enjoyment is not affected while
on holiday,but we can not accept liability for loss of main services
such as electricity or water supplies, nor for the consequences of the
actions or omissions of the property management who may control supply
of mains services, nor any actions taken in the vicinity of the property
by any authority over which there is no control.

The Company and their Agents will always try to advise you
of any building works that are in close Proximity to your property,
but we cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for property development
and building works anywhere on the Islands. Reference should be made
to the Essential Holiday Information Guide.
5.
In the unlikely event that the Client wishes to complain or
has a problem about any aspect of the accommodation, the complaint should
be conveyed immediately to the managers of the property in order for
them to put matters right. Should the matter remain unresolved to the
satisfaction of the Client, the Client should convey in writing the
complaint to the property manager. In any event, a report must be registered
with the property management on the Island without delay . It is a strict
condition of booking that the complaints procedure is correctly followed.
6.
Any damages or loss to the accommodation caused by the Client
or other persons occupying the property and any extended stay beyond
the period booked will be charged for to the lead passenger of the Party.
In such circumstances payment may be requested on site by the managers.
